Hello! I’m Luciano Miceli, I became a photographer and what made me pursue it, here's my story: Back in 1974, while living in Chicago, I decided to visit a school offering photography classes. I learned how to develop black-and-white photos in a dark room, and I immediately fell in love with the art of black-and-white photography. My interests expanded to street photography, portrait models, and a variety of events, but I found myself particularly drawn to wedding photography.
Wedding photography holds a special place in my heart because it captures the lifetime commitment between a man and a woman united as one. Being trusted to document such a significant event in people’s lives is an honor. I strive to capture every detail exactly as planned so that couples can relive their special day through my photos for the rest of their lives.
I thrive in the company of family and friends, and I love capturing their moments of joy and emotion. From the bride and groom getting dressed, walking down the aisle, to seeing each other for the first time, the tears of joy, the music, and the guests witnessing the event—every step and detail is important to me.
A flawless wedding day is a beautiful memory for the couple, and I give my creative ideas and attention to detail to ensure that their special day is captured perfectly. Each wedding is unique because people are unique, and that’s what excites me about wedding photography.
